No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received. All entries become the property of Sponsor. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about March 20, 2012 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final on all matters. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about March 24, 2012. Limit one prize per person/household address/email address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: A four day, three night trip for the winner and up to three guests to Daytona Beach, FL from Friday, February 15, 2013 to Monday February 18, 2013. Trip includes: Coach air transportation for four from an airport near winner's residence to Daytona Beach Airport, four tickets to the racing events at Daytona International Speedway® scheduled for February 16, 2013 and February 17, 2013, a chance to wave the green flag during winner's favorite driver's qualifying laps scheduled for Sunday, February 17, 2013, one hotel room for four for three nights and $2,500.00 cash for the winner to cover expenses not mentioned, including but not limited to: ground transportation, meals, taxes, souvenirs, etc. Approx. Retail Value (ARV) $7,600.00. Trip must be taken on days listed or prize will be forfeited. If any racing event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, that event will not be part of the prize. There will be no additional compensation. Driver choice in green flag drop is on a first come first served basis (i.e. first Promotion Period winner gets first choice of driver, second Promotion Period gets second choice, etc.). Winner will be notified by email on or about March 24, 2012. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize, dates subject to change based on schedule of events. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winner permitted. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Daytona International Speedway, LLC and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate.
